Joining the fellowship starts from the date of registration and the stage of learning and studying the prescribed subjects takes place. The subjects are studied distributed over the weeks of the prescribed period, based on a curriculum (subject) for each week (extendable), and moving on to the next subject after completing the previous subject.
The contract of agreement and work within the fellowship team is signed after completing the study of the seven subjects prescribed for the diploma and passing the diploma exams in the eighth week.
The diploma project includes practical training or practical practice for a period of one month until the completion of the diploma period of 90 days and the completion of 250 hours of training and qualification.
The employee who supervises the contracting will communicate in his capacity as a follow-up supervisor and provide support and guidance to the fellowship member. Responding to his inquiries, following up with the associate, sending the prescribed materials and documents, following him up until the completion of the diploma exams, sending certificates, and following up to “sign the contract.”
Working Phase
The academy management communicates with the fellowship member and follows him up to start work, supervises his work and assists him within the framework of the available means in order for him to enter the labor market as a life guide.
Payment methods for diploma and fellowship fees:
The total value of the diploma and the coaching team fellowship is $3,000, to be paid in two installments. The first payment upon registration and the second payment within a maximum period of 45 days after signing the contract.
A special price is set for those wishing to pay the project value in full, amounting to two thousand six hundred US dollars in one payment.
Special Cases
In the event that there are exceptions, it is requested by the competent employee and presented to the management of the company for approval or rejection of the request.
Membership Duration
The duration of the fellowship membership is one year starting from the date of completion of the training and is renewed annually after sending an email requesting renewal from the fellowship member to the work team. Provided that the management of the company that exclusively owns the project approves the renewal.
