The "Unshakeable Mind" Course: Strengthening the Power of Thought and Protecting the Mind from Negative Influences

The International Vision Institute, in cooperation with CPQ Academy, held a training course titled "The Unshakeable Mind" at the theatre of the Kuwaiti Writers Association on 19 August 2023. The course aimed to empower individuals to protect their thinking from negative external influences and to strengthen their capacity for independent and steady thought. The one-day training course covered several key themes, including methods for safeguarding one's thoughts, eliminating negative mental residue, and maintaining calmness and focus of mind. The training material was prepared to serve as a scientific reference enabling participants to strengthen their minds and reinforce their character in facing challenges. The program provided participants with a valuable opportunity to acquire new mental skills and enhance their mental resilience within an interactive and supportive environment.
