What are the four CPQ-T levels?
The proposed external-review tiers are CPQ-T1 Qualified Coach Practitioner, CPQ-T2 Professional Coach, CPQ-T3 Senior Specialist Coach, and CPQ-T4 Coach Educator & Supervisor. Progression is based on qualifying education, practice hours, client experience, supervision and performance assessment rather than diploma title alone. Numeric thresholds remain draft policy until formally adopted.
