CPQ™ Knowledge Centre

When does CPQ use practitioner versus professional?

In the proposed CPQ framework, “practitioner” describes someone who has completed a qualifying educational foundation and begun documented practice within first-tier limits. “Professional” describes a person who combines broader education, documented experience, performance assessment, supervision and ongoing renewal. The title is not a marketing label; it is tied to published credential criteria.
