Can someone train coaches without CTTA?
A person may hold other qualifications that support training, but within CPQ the CTTA or equivalent education pathway is a qualifying route for coach-education roles rather than a title alone. The proposed T4 credential also requires substantial coaching practice, education/mentoring delivery and independent assessment, so completing CTTA alone does not automatically award T4.
