1. Pricing Status
This document is not price-effective. Fee categories are defined, but numeric values await final commercial/finance approval. The system must not collect CPQ-T credential fees from this policy until values are approved.

- Three-year renewal — TBD.
- Reassessment — TBD.
- Appeal — TBD and refunded in full when appeal succeeds.
- CEPS provider accreditation — TBD.
- Annual review/reaccreditation — TBD.
- RPL application — TBD.
3. Refund Policy
- Full refund before administrative review begins.
- Partial refund (to be specified) after review begins but before practical assessment.
- No refund after practical assessment has occurred.
- Full refund of appeal fee when the appeal succeeds.
4. Waivers
The Credentials & Assessment Committee may consider documented waivers/adjustments while keeping assessment decisions independent from ability to pay.
