1. Eligibility Requirements

  • At least an active CPQ-T3 credential.
  • 5 years documented practice since first credentialing.
  • Completion of CPQ-approved assessor training.
  • No active recorded ethical violation.
  • Annual conflict-of-interest declaration.

2. Training & Calibration

Training covers the rubric, critical-fail rules, assessment bias and assessor-candidate ethics. Approved assessor status lasts two years. Calibration includes annual sessions, random double-scoring of at least 10%, score-consistency review and monitoring appeal-success rates.

3. Suspension or Removal

Assessor status is suspended or withdrawn for persistent consistency deviation, confirmed ethical breach or undisclosed conflict, under CPQ-ECR.

4. Transitional Founding Assessor Rule — v111 Addendum

Proposed transitional policy for review: before a sufficient pool of CPQ-T3 holders exists, the Credentials & Assessment Committee may appoint a time-limited Founding Assessor who demonstrates at least five years of documented coaching/assessment experience, completes assessor training, passes independent calibration and discloses all conflicts. The exception expires when a sufficient operational T3 pool exists or 24 months after scheme activation, whichever comes first.
