External Review Draftv1.0Issued 2026-08-16Review 2026-11-16
External Review DraftNumeric or procedural requirements not fixed in the original source materials remain proposed CPQ™ policy until formally adopted.
1. Purpose & Basis
This policy closes a gap in the founding pack. The CPQ-T framework allows verified external education to be considered, and this policy provides a fair, documented evaluation of learning and practice gained outside CPQ programmes without compromising minimum quality.
2. Eligible Prior Learning
- Coaching diplomas or certificates from a legally documented education provider.
- Documented practice hours with a dated log and client attestation where possible.
- Documented supervision or mentoring hours from a known supervisor.
- Relevant professional training within the Scope Standard.
3. Evaluation Process
- Submit an RPL application and evidence.
- Verify source authenticity.
- Credentials & Assessment Committee review.
- Written decision: full, partial or declined with reasons.
- Appeal within 30 days under CPQ-ECR.
4. Limits & Safeguards
RPL may not substitute for CPQ ethics/knowledge assessment, direct practical assessment, or the signed ethics acknowledgement, and may not exceed 50% of total qualifying education for the target tier. Decisions are reconsidered after material standards changes.
