1. Legal & Institutional Identity
Document basis: CPQ institutional files and diploma cards, Discover Your Professional Path in Coaching, Ethics of Coaching Law, and CPQ's published professional content. New numeric or procedural requirements not already fixed in the source materials are presented as proposed CPQ internal policy for external review, not as a claim of recognition or equivalence by another body.
Coaching Professional Qualification Ltd is a UK-registered company, No. 13427973. Under this framework, CPQ™ is the institutional umbrella and CPQ Academy operates as the education and qualification arm within the ecosystem.

3. Separation of Education and Credentialing
Completing a diploma or programme confirms an educational achievement. A CPQ-T professional credential is a separate decision requiring practice evidence, supervision, performance assessment and ethics. Graduates are not automatically reclassified solely because of the diploma they completed.
4. Status & Publication
This document and related standards are published as external-review drafts. CPQ-T credentials or external education-provider accreditation do not begin until status is changed from Draft to Active by a documented governance decision.
