Single registry for document codes, versions, status, review dates and change history
1. Reference Coding
Document basis: CPQ institutional files and diploma cards, Discover Your Professional Path in Coaching, Ethics of Coaching Law, and CPQ's published professional content. New numeric or procedural requirements not already fixed in the source materials are presented as proposed CPQ internal policy for external review, not as a claim of recognition or equivalence by another body.
Each normative document has a stable code: CPQ-[FAMILY]-YEAR-vMAJOR.MINOR. Major versions are used for material changes to requirements or rights; Minor versions for clarifications or additions that do not change the core principle.
2. Statuses
- Draft.
- External Review.
- Active - current and binding within CPQ.
- Superseded - replaced by a newer version.
- Withdrawn - no longer used.
3. Change Log
Each version records publication date, effective date, change summary, approving body and previous-version link where applicable. Material published documents are not silently replaced.
4. v1.0 Registry
The initial registry contains ORG, STD, COMP, ETH, SCOPE, CRED, ASMT, CPD, ECR, CEPS, GOV, KC, GLS, RES, RPT-GCC, REG and POLREG. All are v1.0, External Review Draft, dated 16 Aug 2026.
